After several games against Mike's assembled Avengers, I'm starting to see what this game is all about. The changes I made in the deck have been for the sole means of competitiveness. Version 1.0 was focused solely on the characters; 1.1, now, will focus more on winning games. If I stick with cards that only feature mutants, sure, I'll do fairly well... but I could do better. Listed below are the cards that have departed and those which have been welcomed to this compilation. Again, click here if you'd like to see version 1.0.

Here's what went out, and why... The Colossus, Bishop, and Showcat heroes proved to be too weak in one-on-one battles; however, their foil counterparts remain. Sunfire foil hero isn't as useful as I expected, as he's half H and only 60 points. Finally, the foil Ultimate Weapon X teamwork wasn't nearly as efficient as I expected.

These are the new cards to the deck with strategy... Teamworks, teamworks, teamworks. Just like in OverPower, teamworks are an extremely vital part to ReCharge gameplay. Linking multiple heroes together in a single battle is the most efficient way to win those higher-valued venture counters, especially five-point ones. This observation led me to the addition of the SHIELD, BoEM, and Avengers teamworks to the deck; SHIELD and BoEM are extremely useful because of their Special Crossover ability, where they do not need the matching color (H and V, respecively) to use both sides of the teamwork card. And the Avengers TW? Well... let's say that any deck shouldn't go without the X-Men and Avengers TW's. They're just too useful! The Elektra power card I added (50 W) will greatly enhance the mutie females of the deck, and there are plenty of them. Finally, the addition of the Sabretooth foil (70 +10 V X) should be a great heavy hitter for higher-venturing battles.
