I'm not gonna lie to you, I have just as many doubts as you about this thing. Look for a tweaked version in the future. I went right for the muties so I could get the Ragin' Cajun in the deck, since as most of you know, he's my favorite character of all-time (Remy appears in the deck three times). I tried to keep it simple by using mainly W and X codes, leaving out the villians; this is the mutie team that will save the world some day, not destroy it! And check it out: no "flatscans" in sight! I admit I went a little wild with the foils; 16 of them here! One semi-good thing about the 'fixed' distribution of foils in the booster boxes is that you get a lot of heroes with similar types. The hero card that's almost a sure win for a battle in the deck is the Wolverine special: Berserk, in which I have the regular AND foil versions (the foil is 100 pts!); so there are two battles that I'm almost assured a win. Other cards to look out for are the X-Men teamwork, the Iceman: Freeze-Out power card, the Mr. Sinister / Cyclops: Premonition power card, and the foil Ultimate Weapon X teamwork. So how will the deck do in competition? I think my mutant army is up to the task of finding out!
