To get Captain America on your team, you must have one of your X-Men get killed at Avengers Mansion. It's a small price to pay for Cap though, he can take down the tough guys like Juggernaut, Sabretooth, Magneto, and Cassandra with no problem at all. When Cap joins your squad your team name becomes Assault Team-X.
